You're dangerous
Evocative of the original sin
A habit that borders on addiction

My experience of you has become visceral
Cautious, as a beast hunting in the daylight hours
Feline instinct beneath the skin of a snake

I vibrate under habitual release
Wet, and paper thin at my center
I feel you pressing against me with the weight of your need

Secret and intimate

Collapsing breathless

I have lost my voice again

  1. Eden,

    lost your voice,
    but not your word!

You cannot possibly call this 'trash'. It's beautiful!
If you're trash, then trash is beautiful!

And I don't really care, because I don't care for being conventional. I'm just me, and isn't that really what matters in the end?

Anybody can be anybody if they really want to, and indeed most everybody are everybody else.
Being nobody but you is the hard part, the real test, if you can call it that.

Good inspiration here! Thank you for sharing!... '^L^,

  2. Zhawq,

It has been a long time since someone has left a comment here. I stopped promoting my writing, after I managed to run off all my readers! Ah well... such is life.
I moved most of these poems over from a blog I deleted.
I write on impulse you see... and if I don't put them somewhere safe, I will just as easily throw them away, on impulse.

It helps me to see myself to read them again, years down the road.

    Thank you for stopping by.
